Kids' Zone Terms and Conditions

By signing up to the Kids’ Zone you (the registrant) gives permission for Guildhall Shopping Exeter to use the contact details submitted to send information about the Kids’ Zone, including details of competitions and events and news about new updates on the website and any other material that is suitable and relevant for Kids’ Zone members.

To sign up to the Kids’ Zone you need to be over 16 or have your parents consent (which can be given by ticking the box on the sign up form). You will be given a password to be able to log in and access certain areas of the Kids’ Zone. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential and we ask you not to share a password with anyone.

If you wish to change your contact details, or wish to be removed from the Kids’ Zone, you can do so on your profile when you are logged on the website at www.guildhallshoppingexeter.co.uk/kidszone. Or you can email Sheryel@guildhallshoppingexeter.co.uk or write to Website Manager, 40, The Guildhall Shopping Centre, Exeter, EX4 3HP. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible.

Each Kids’ Zone competition and promotion will have its own separate terms and conditions which can be found on the website at the point of entering the competition or promotion. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before entering.

We may publish material you send us as an entry to a competition or promotion along with your contact details. We are unable to return any entries.

We will not pass on your contact details to any Third parties.
